I really like Singapore Airlines in Asia, British Airways in Europe and South African Airways in Africa is not too bad.

Singapore Airlines is one of the top airlines in the world and they provide world class service which is what I like about them. Definitely worth it being on one of their flights. British Airways is definitely one of the better ones in Europe and SAA is definitely the best option in Africa. They are not always up to standard with service but they're the best to use when flying in Africa, plus they are not expensive at all!
